Drakensberg Central Tour

Description

It is an approximately 5 hour’s travel journey to the eastern portion of the Great World Heritage Site Escarpment, which encloses the central Southern African plateau. Step out for Hiking , Horseback riding, Wine tasting and Bird watching. The route has magnificent scenery fauna and flora, great panoramic passes, valleys, waterfalls and forests. Stop for some lunch (on your own account) on route.

DAY ONE HOTEL / WINE TASTING & CHOCOLATE BAR

Leaving the city of Johannesburg behind us we make our way East through the scenic Dragons mountains. This afternoon upon arrival guest indulge in some Wine tasting at the Cathedral Peak Wine Estate. Guest spend the rest of the afternoon at the Chocolate Bar followed by a range of delicious free Chocolate bars tasting.

DAY TWO DRAKENSBERG MOUNTAIN HIKING & CANOPY TOUR

• 07:00 – 09:00 AM Free Breakfast.
• We set out for an early morning where we spend our half day up at the Royal Natal World Heritage Site Mountains experiencing different hiking trails.

Guest have an option of part taking in some zipline obstacles instead of hiking or can do both at extra cost.

DAY THREE HORSE BACK RIDING & ENROUTE JOHANNESBURG

• 7:00 – 09:00 AM Free Breakfast.
• All Guest must be packing up to get ready to leave the Central Drakensberg for the trip back to Johannesburg departing @ 1:00 PM.
• 11.00 AM Before departure guest part take in a guided 2 hour leisure Horse Back Riding.
• We’ll arrive back in Johannesburg at approximately 07:00 PM in the evening
