Day by Day Itinerary for 5 Days 4 Nights Luxury Greater Kruger Safari

Day 1: Johannesburg to greater Kruger

We’ll depart early from Johannesburg / Pretoria and drive East toward Greater Kruger. This route showcases some of the finest farmlands and mountain passes in South Africa. En route, we’ll stop for brunch / lunch (own cost) at one of the restaurants en-route.

This lodge is unfenced which adds to the thrill and authentic nature of this safari.  After check in you will have some time to relax before you board an open 4×4 vehicle for an exciting sunset game drive in Greater Kruger.

• Transfer from Johannesburg to Greater Kruger
• Midday Arrive at luxury lodge and check in
• Settle in and explore Lodge
• Late Lunch at lodge
• Late afternoon Sunset and night game drive

Day 2,3 & 4 : Game drive & Bush walk or optional activities (Swaziland Cultural village)

This is the last day of your African  Safari. This morning you will do a quick 90 minute sunrise game before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast we leave Kruger behind and make our way.

• Coffee, tea and rusks followed by sunrise game drive.
• Morning return to lodge for breakfast
• Bush walk with armed ranger
• Afternoon return lodge for lunch

Day 5 : Game drive & Return to Johannesburg via Panorama Route

This is the last day of your African  Safari. This morning you will do a quick 90 minute sunrise game before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast we leave Kruger behind and make our way. After breakfast we leave Kruger behind and make our way along the Panorama route stopping at God’s Windows and the Blyde River Canyon  (the world’s 3rd largest Canyon). You will enjoy breathtaking views and have  plenty of photo opportunities along this scenic route.

• Coffee, tea and rusks followed by sunrise game drive.
• Morning return to lodge for breakfast
• Blyde River canyon
• Three Rondavels
• Bourkes Luck Potholes
