Detailed Day By Day Itinerary

Day 1: Sunset / Night Safari in Sabi Sands Game Reserve

After checking in at the lodge your guide will brief you by providing some information about the camp and the program ahead for the duration of your stay.

Upon arrival will have time to freshen up and enjoy a lunch before embarking on an exciting open vehicle sunset safari. Each game drive is conducted by a qualified ranger as well as tracker.

You return to camp around 7 pm at night to be welcomed by your chef to serve you dinner under the African stars followed by local drinks around the campfire. The food is well prepared, wholesome and tasty. Vegetarian options are available. Overnight in your Luxury Safari tent.

Day 2: Morning Kruger National Park / Afternoon Safari in Sabi Sands

Kick off your early morning with coffee, and tea served with biscuits, followed by an exhilarating sunrise game drive in the park on our elevated height open sided jeeps, allowing you an excellent viewing and photographic opportunities in the flagship of the South African National Parks.

When you visit Sabi Sand Game Reserve, you’re in absolutely prime Big Five territory. Extending westwards from an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park, this private reserve is widely regarded to be the most reliable place in Africa for close-up encounters with leopards.

During this game drive we will stop for some sundowner drinks & light snacks in the private reserve.

Day 3: Morning Kruger National Park / Afternoon Safari in Sabi Sands / Panorama Route

Enjoy an early morning hearty breakfast / brunch before leaving for a an optional half day Panorama Route day tour which is a scenic road in connecting several cultural and natural points of interest. The route is centered around the Blyde River Canyon, the world’s third largest canyon. Truly the flagship of the South African National Parks, this enormous and magnificent park is one of the most popular public-entry game parks in the world.

Day 4: Morning Safari in Kruger National Park and Return to Johannesburg

This is the last day of your African Kruger safari. You will enjoy a final sunrise game drive followed by a hearty breakfast. After breakfast we depart back to Hazyview to catch a shuttle back to Johannesburg. This tour allows you more chances of seeing the big 5 over the 3 days.

After breakfast we depart back to Johannesburg.
