It is an approximately 2 hours’ 35-minute flight journey from Johannesburg to Walvis Bay Airport. Enjoy the incredible scenery as we travel from Walvis Bay into to Swakopmund. The key highlights to look out for is flamingos on the lagoon.

Upon arrival it is an additional approximate 1 hour’s journey from Walvis Bay to Swakopmund which is Namibia’s premier coastal holiday destination. It is sandwiched between the cold Atlantic Ocean and the hot Namib Desert. This is the melting pot of cultures where all ethnic groups can be found. The architecture of buildings is a mix of German colonial and Morden day design.

DAY ONE WALVIS BAY – DRIVE BY TOUR

It is an approximately 2 hours’ 35-minute flight journey from Johannesburg to Walvis Bay Airport. Enjoy the incredible scenery as we travel from Walvis Bay into to Swakopmund. The key highlights to look out for is flamingos on the lagoon.

Upon arrival it is an additional approximate 1 hour’s journey from Walvis Bay to Swakopmund which is Namibia’s premier coastal holiday destination.

Enroute to the hotel guest part take in a drive by tour viewing colonial landmarks like the Lighthouse and the Mole wall.

DAY TWO SWAKOPMUND DESERT CAMEL RIDING & QUAD BIKING MARINE AQUARIUM & SWAKOPMUND MUSEUM

*8:00 – 09:00 AM Free Breakfast unless stated otherwise.

*09:30 AM Today we leave the hotel and head out for an educational experience as your guide aims to show you all the plant and animal life. This experience will give you a sheer thrill of riding a Quad Bike through Namibia’s boundless expanse of shifting sand dunes.

One the same day climb aboard a Camel and immerse yourself in a nomadic desert experience as our guide takes you through the river to the beginning of the Namib Desert.

Our second destination will be a visit to the National Marine Aquarium where you’ll see wonders of marine life. We further head to the Swakopmund Museum to see various displays at the Museum which is the largest museum in Namibia.

DAY THREE CATAMARN DOLPHIN CRUISE & CITY TOUR

* 07:00 – 07:30 AM Free Breakfast unless stated otherwise.

* 07:30 AM Today we leave the hotel and head towards the Walvis Bay Southern Atlantic Ocean in search of the marine big 5 including Whales, Dolphins and more, part of the cruise includes a light lunch, fresh oysters, sherry, sparkling wine, water, juice and soft drinks. Please bring along warm clothes, sunblock and a hat.

Namib Sand Sea, which was declared a World Heritage site in 2013. Including brunch and refreshments.
